Job Title: Crew Technician

As Crew Technician you will service cleaning upholstery and carpet for both residential and commercial properties.

Our technicians are responsible for managing all customer service aspects with clients in a positive manner; abide by timely scheduling on all Fiber Seal Systems services and carpet/furniture cleaning; seasonal cushion cleaning and logistics; daily service call navigation; supply inventory – where directed; liaison with Office Manager to support all service calls, change orders, customer feedback alerts, warehouse and van maintenance, and other job duties that are typical of crew management.

Hiring Requirements:

• You must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license (in good standing), and no violations, which would prevent you from driving to the cleaning scheduled sites.
• High School Diploma or higher education
• Minimum of 1-2 years of carpet and upholstery experience preferred.
